摘要
对网络环境下读者的宏观和微观信息行为进行了研究,并从实体空间改变和服务模式改变两个方面,提出了图书馆的应对策略,最后指出在新的知识和技术背景下,图书馆必须不断变革和突破,才能形成新的服务能力和竞争力。
Under the information environment, the readers＇ information behavior changed greatly, and the changes are the starting point of service innovation of library. Based on the analysis of the change of readers information be- havior, under the network environment, from the two aspects of library physical space change and the change of service mode, the author puts forward the countermeasures. At the end, the autor points out that libraries must continue to change and break through, can they form a new service capacity and competitiveness.
