图书馆用户体验微创新的特征与突破

Exploration of the Characters of Library Users Experience about the Micro-Innovation

"万众创新"是国家号召,大众的创新更多的是"微创新"。目前关于图书馆微创新的研究文献少,对其独特之处和发生过程机制尚未作深入探讨。图书馆微创新具有开放性、低门槛、灵活性、可塑性等特征,成本小风险低但却有大成效,适合长期持续地开展,可以从用户思维、用户满意、用户数据、用户技术、用户参与等方面探索微创新的突破点,形成稳定的微创新机制。

Peoples innovations are the call of the country, most of which mean micro -innovation. There are only a few studies on library micro - innovation, which uniqueness and process mechanism have not been deeply discussed. Micro- innovation is suitable for long -term sustainable development in library for its characteristics of openness, low threshold, flexibility, plasticity, low cost, low risk but high efficiency. The library may explore the breakthrough point of micro - innovation from user thinking, user satisfaction, user data, user technology and user participation, thus forms stable micro- innovation system.
