试论省级公共图书馆地方特色资源库的共建共享

The Co-construction and Sharing of Local Characteristic Recourses Databases of the Provincial Library

考察省级图书馆依托文化共享工程所建的地方特色资源库现状,反思存在的主要问题:复合型专业人才缺乏、建设方式单一、总体规划欠缺、维护及宣传推介力度不够等;展望未来,提出要不断适应社会新需求,创新服务手段,积极推动区域共建共享,制定本省资源建设模式,加强省际交流和学习等,从而深化全国范围内地方特色资源共建共享。

Relying on the local characteristics resources item of the Culture Sharing Project, the provincial library of China have built a plenty of local characteristic databases, the author analyses the main problems of them, such as ： shortage of professional talents, single mode of construction, lack of overall planning, maintenance and promotion etc. , and then puts forward the strategies：we should constantly adapt to the new demand,innovate resource service means, actively promote regional sharing, establish the appropriate construction mode of the province, strengthen the communicationand learning across the provinces or regions, to promote the development of local characteristics resource sharing all over the country.
