儿童分离性障碍一例报道并文献复习

Childhood Dissociative Disorder: A Case Report and Literature Review

分离性障碍指患者部分或完全丧失对过去的记忆和身份意识,以致出现心理功能整合困难。本文报道1例以分离性漫游为临床表现的分离性障碍患儿的临床资料,并对其鉴别诊断和病理心理发病机制进行探讨。运用心理治疗引导患儿消除内心冲突、完善心理防御方式与应对方式,通过药物治疗消除精神症状,组建患儿、父母、医师、心理师的治疗联盟对精神障碍患儿的全面精神康复具有重要意义。

Dissociative disorders refer to the patients with partial or complete loss of past memory and identity,and resulting in difficulties in psychological function integration. The clinical data and the diagnosis differentiation of a case with dissociative fugue was reported in this article,and the pathologic psychological mechanism was also discussed. The analysis manifested that it is useful to use psychotherapy to guide patients to eliminate inner conflict,regulate the psychological defense style and approach, also use medication to eliminate mental symptoms, and it is significant for the patients＇ comprehensive mental rehabilitation to orgnize a therapeutic alliance including patients,parents,physicians,psychotherapists to confront the disorders.
