Dilemma Analysis and Path of the Family Farm Land Transfer Breakthrough——A Case Study in Shanxi Liulin

土地流转是影响我国农村经济发展的一个突出问题,是家庭农场发展的基础,研究和分析土地流转问题与发展趋势,对家庭农场的发展起至关重要的作用.本文首先运用实证分析法,通过调研发现该县的土地流转存在土地供求矛盾突出、土地规模难以扩大、土地流转信息不完善、土地流转价格虚高困境;其次,通过对家庭农场的访谈及对调查数据的深入分析,运用归纳法得出影响该县家庭农场土地流转的因素;最后从柳林县家庭农场的土地流转实际出发,提出相应的对策.

Land transfer is a prominent issue for affecting the development of rural economy in China, is the basis for development of the family farm. Research and analysis of land transfer issues and trends play a vital role for the development of family farms. Firstly, using empirical analysis, research found that there is a prominent contradiction between land supply and demand in land transfer in Liulin county, it is difficult to expand land scale, land transfer information is not perfect, the price of land transfer is falsely high. Secondly, through inter- views and on the family farms depth analysis of the survey data, the use of induction county family farm land transfer factors affecting results. Finally, From Liulin county family farm land transfer reality, propose appropri- ate measures.
