Process and Die Design of Press Ring Punching

对压圈梯形齿加工工艺进行分析,提出了了采用冲齿加工压圈方孔,介绍了模具结构及模具的工作过程。冲齿加工不仅零件的尺寸精度高,表面粗糙度值低,而且提高了生产效率。

This paper analyzed the processing technology of the press ring trapezoidal tooth,put forward that process circle square hole by punching processing,and introduced the die structure and working process. Punching processing not only has high precision and low surface roughness, and improved the production efficiency,reduced the production cost of parts.
