摘要
通过针对该制件的结构特点分析,对模具制造方案进行比较及所需设计、加工的级进模全部成形工艺及工序排列的过程和排样方案的确定。同时介绍了模具主要工作零件及模具的总装结构设计。
According the analysis to the compared the die manufacturing project,and structural characteristics of the parts,this paper determined all the forming process of progressive die for design and processing and process arrangement and layout scheme.At the same time,this paper introduced the main working parts and the assembly structure design of the die.
