35例显微外科治疗前颅底区沟通性肿瘤的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 35 cases microsurgical treatment of anterior skull base tumor

目的:探讨显微外科治疗前颅底区沟通性肿瘤的临床方法及影响因素的分析。方法:总结2009年1月至2016年7月我科35例显微外科治疗前颅底区沟通性肿瘤的临床资料,对疾病的病理特点及诊治进行临床分析。结果:全部患者均顺利完成手术,无严重并发症发生及手术死亡患者。肿瘤全切21例,次全切除10例,部分切除4例。结论:前颅底区沟通性肿瘤采用颅面联合入路手术并进行颅底修复是一种有效的治疗手段。

Objective：Factor analysis of clinical methods and effects of microsurgical treatment of anterior skull base tumors.Methods：To summarize the clinical data of 35 patients with anterior skull base tumor from Jan 2009 to July 2016,and to analyze the pathological characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Results：All patients were completed surgery successfully,no serious complications and death in patients with surgery and total resection of the tumor in 21 cases,subtotal removal in 10 cases,partial resection in 4cases.Conclusion：Anterior skull base tumor by combined craniofacial approach and reconstruction of the skull base surgery is an effective treatment method.
