摘要
自我感觉良好普遍地存在于教师群体中,心理学理论能对此做出合理解释。正向自我感觉良好是教师自身专业化发展的催化剂,对于提高教育教学质量有很大帮助;而负向自我感觉良好则遮蔽了教师正确自我认知、自我提高、自我完善的路径,无论是对于学生、学校还是整个教育事业而言都不是一件有益的事。因此,需要通过正确的认识和评价、合理的归因、多学等途径促成教师负向自我感觉良好的正向转化。
A great number of teachers have high level of self-efficacy, which can be reasonably explained by psychological theory. High level of self-efficacy is the catalyst for teachers' professional develownent and can greatly promote the quality of teaching; Negative self-efficacy will mislead teachers to make improper self-perception, self- development and self-perfection, which is not good to students, schools and the cause of education. So it is quite necessary for teachers to make a shift from negative self-efficacy to positive self-efficacy by means of proper self-perception and self-evaluation, attribution and more learning.
