肺结核合并乙型肝炎病毒感染患者抗病毒及护肝治疗的疗效分析

Antiviral and protect liver treatment efficacy in patients with tuberculosis and hepatitis B virus infection

目的分析在肺结核合并乙型肝炎病毒感染患者治疗中给予抗病毒及护肝治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年2月—2013年2月诊治的肺结核合并乙肝三系检测阳性患者148例,随机分为治疗组73例,对照组75例。对照组患者给予抗病毒及抗结核治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上给予甘草酸二铵治疗,观察2组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为97.26%,对照组总有效率为84.00%,2组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组患者在15 d和30 d时体内血液ALT、AST以及含量均明显下降,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者HBeAg转阴率和HBV-DNA转阴率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予肺结核合并乙型肝炎病毒感染患者护肝及抗病毒治疗,能够显著减轻肝脏的损害程度,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the pulmonary tuberculosis patients with hepatitis b virus infection in given antiviral treatment and protect liver clinical curative effect of treatment, in order to promote in clinical. Methods Selection in February 2011 to February 2013, our hospital of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with hepatitis b virus infection in 148 cases, random points in the treatment group 73 examples, the control group （n = 75 ）.The control group patients were given antiviral and anti-tuberculosis treatment, the treatment group patients in the control group on the basis of glycyrrhizie acid was given. On two groups of clinical curative effect, inflammation and liver function index. Results Treatment group total effective rate was 97.26% ; control group total effective rate was 84.00%, a significant rise in treatment group total effective rate, difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group, treatment group within 15 days and 30 days of ALT, AST and T - Bil levels were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; Rate of two groups of patients with HBeAg rate and HBV - DNA rate compared to no significant difference,no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Antiviral and protect liver therapy in the treatment of patientswith tuberculosis and hepatitis B infection virus, can significantly reduce the damage rate of the patients with liver, curative effect is distinct, is worthy of popularization and application.
