新形势下高校法律通识课教育探讨

Probe into Education of General Legal Education in Universities under the New Normal

高校法律通识课教育缺乏应有的教学地位,高校法律通识课教学资源缺乏,无法满足当代大学生系统接受法治教育的需要。在新形势下,应当重新确立法律通识课的公共必修课地位,加强法律通识课专业师资队伍的建设,并运用多种教学形式提高法律通识课的教学效果,以适应社会主义法治国家建设对人才基本法律素质的需要。

It is self-evident that the general legal education in universities is lack of its teaching position.Since there is a shortage of teaching resources of law course in universities,it seems that the teaching may not fully satisfy modern university students′needs to accept complete law education.Under the new period,it is essential to reestablish the public compulsory position for general legal course.The purpose is to strengthen teachers team construction,and utilize plenty of teaching methods in order to improve the effect on legal general course teaching.On the other hand,it is necessary to adapt to needs of cultivating talents who have the basic law quality to serve socialist country construction.
