高职院校内设职业教育研究所是高职教育发展的内在需求,而找准定位是职业教育研究所工作发展的关键。职业教育研究所应明确服务职能,形成科研特色;研究职教理论,推动职教发展;开展校本研究,促进学校发展;立足本地实际,服务区域发展,从而对职业教育研究所的准确定位,发挥职业教育研究所的功能,提升高职院校科研能力,提高教育教学水平,促进内涵建设与发展。

Setting up vocational institutes belongs to internal demand for the development of highervocational education.The accurate positioning is the key to the development of vocational education institute,which should definite serve the function to create research characteristics,research on the theory of vocational education for development of vocational education,and carry out the school-based research.There is no doubt that the purpose is to promote theself-development in colleges.With the help of positioning the higher vocational institutes accurately,it could enhance the function of vocational education institute,improve its research ability,advance the level of education and class teaching,and promote the college′s connotation construction and development.
