摘要
根据定位来整合、优化资源配置,聚焦"买家"的真实需求,为"买家"提供富有个性特色的服务,迈克尔·波特提出的五力竞争模型为高校探索特色发展战略提供了有益的理论工具。资源是高校生存和发展的前提,"办学活动"实为"经营活动",高校可以用五力竞争模型解构和建构总成本领先战略、差异化战略和聚焦战略这三大基本竞争战略;高校需要在确立办学定位时找准"生态位",发挥高等教育服务社会的职能。
According to the location to integrate and optimize the allocation of resources,focus on the " buyers" real demand,and provide rich individuality characteristic service to the buyers,Michael Porter proposed five forces model of competition for colleges and universities.The purpose is to explore the characteristic development strategy and provide a useful theoretical tool for higher education.It is clear that resources are prerequisite for the survival and development of colleges and universities.There is no doubt that "running university" is actually known as " business activities".Therefore,colleges and universities can take advantage of using Michael Porter's five forces model deconstruction,construction total cost leading strategy,differentiation strategy and focusing strategy.It is necessary for universities to establish "ecological niche" and exert the functions to serve the society.
