摘要
我国的"礼"是一种唯"德"至上的文化,中国人以寻求安身立命之所为终极的生存目标,因而有着强烈的道德担当感。无论是道德当中约己的内求还是在他律当中建立起来的社会构制,都体现了"礼"文化立己立人的诉求。而今的社会法治体制不断完善,必然也会成为人们内在的一种信仰与准则。一个准则的形成必离不开它内在的道德基础,无疑礼在道德上的诉求充当了法治的道德支撑。
"Ritual" in China is a kind of culture that puts virtue as the utmost position. The Chinese people take the task of seeking a place for living as the ultimate living objective, thus they have a strong sense of morality undertaking. Regardless of the introspection of self - discipline in morality or the social institutions built in heteronomy, the pursuit of cultivating both oneself and others is embodied in the "ritual" culture. Nowadays, the social system of rule of law has been constantly improving, the "ritual" culture will inevitably become an inner belief and norm of people. To form a norm can't do without his or her inner morality foundation. Undoubtedly, the pursuit of ritual in morality has served as the morality support of rule of law.
