摘要
教育伦理作为特定实践关系的价值表达,遵循自身发展规律并日益显现出教育和社会之间关系互动发展的特征。教育伦理的生成路径围绕其价值和意义展开,主要以伦理精神体现于教育教学规制,以伦理价值汇集于教育发展过程,以伦理范型奠基于社会现实条件。教育伦理的价值证成受到各种因素和观念的影响,关键要在主体性、规范性和创新性等方面加以延展。教育伦理要通过社会调适来开启实践的新常态,要在实践张力上保持自由度,要在实践方法上采用内嵌式,要在实践效果上体现获得感。
As the value expression of education ethics' specific practice relation, education ethics follows its own developmental laws and increasingly shows the feature of interactive development between education and society. The generation route centers on its value and significance, i.e. the ethics spirit is embodied in education and teaching regulations, the ethics value is collected in the process of education development, and ethics paradigm is laid in social realities. The value justification of education ethics has been influenced by different factors and conceptions, and the solution to it shall be extended in its subjectivity, normalization and innovation. The education ethics shall launch its new normal of practice through social adjustment, keep its degree of freedom in practice tension, adopt the embedded method in practice methodology, and show the sense of acquisition in practice effect.
