摘要
随着钻井工艺及钻井液技术的突飞猛进,录井施工面临的环境越来越复杂,传统的录井氯离子滴定分析技术已经不能满足现场有效识别地层水的需要。虽然离子色谱录井技术在这方面具有独特的优势,但受限于复杂钻井液体系、钻井液滤液分析代表性以及分析数据准确性等因素的影响,该技术在地层水识别方面尚未得到广泛应用。通过对XX气田须家河组地层水地球化学特征的分析研究,结合实验室内钻井液滤液分析结果,建立了正常钻进、弱异常显示钻进和复杂钻井液体系条件下识别须家河组地层水的3种经验识别方法;运用聚类分析、概率分布统计方法,挖掘Na^+、Cl^-增长率区间分布规律,建立了离子色谱录井地层含水程度判别标准和图板;为进一步明确地层水成因与水型,给出了苏林地层水成因与水型判别标准。现场应用表明,离子色谱录井技术在识别地层水以及不同含水程度储集层方面效果显著,具有识别简便、直观的特点。
With the rapid development of drilling technology and drilling fluid technique,mud logging operation faces increasingly complex environment,the traditional mud logging chloride titration analysis technology can not meet the site needs to effectively identify the formation water.Although ion chromatography logging technology has a unique advantage in this area,but is limited by the complexity of drilling fluid system,drilling fluid filtrate analysis representativeness and accuracy of analyzing data and other factors,the technology has not yet been widely used in formation water identification.Through analysis on the geochemical characteristics for formation water of Xujiahe formation in XX Gasfield,combining with the results of the laboratory analysis on drilling fluid filtrate,established three empirical identification methods for the recognition of formation water of Xujiahe formation under the conditions of normal drilling,weak anomaly show drilling and complex drilling fluid system.Cluster analysis and probability distribution statistical methods were used to detect the growth interval distribution laws of Na+ and Cl-,and set up the discriminant criteria and charts of formation water cut level with ion chromatography logging.In order to further formulate the origin and type of formation water,the author gave out Surin formation water origin and type discriminant criteria.Field application showed that ion chromatography logging technology has remakable effects in recognition of formation water and varying water cut reservoirs and has simple and visual identification features.
