山东省农业灌溉用水效率影响因素评价

Evaluation on the Influencing Factors of Agricultural Irrigation Water Use Efficiency in Shandong Province

以山东省17个地级市为研究对象,选取2010—2014年统计年鉴和水资源公报数据,筛选出4大类共9项影响因素指标,基于因子分析法,对山东省农业灌溉用水效率进行分析评价。结果表明,作物种植结构与技术、耕地灌溉技术、农业水资源拥有量、农民节水灌溉行为因子对山东省灌溉用水效率有重大影响;并且鲁西平原地区灌溉用水效率高于鲁中南山区和胶东沿海地区,整体呈现从西北向东南递减的趋势。并针对灌溉用水效率的差距,提出了提升种植技术与节水灌溉技术、加强水资源开发和强化政策支持的建议。

The article used 17 cities in Shandong province as the object of study, selected 2010-2014 annual statistical yearbook and water resources bulletin data, and concluded 4 major categories（including 9 factors affecting factors）to research the efficiency of agricultural irrigation water in Shandong province, based on factor analysis. The result showed that the structure and technology of crops,irrigation technology, possession of agricultural water resources, water-saving irrigation behavior of farmers had a great influence on the efficiency of irrigation, and the irrigation efficiency of western plain area was higher than south-central and eastern coast areas, generally decreasing from northwest to southeast. Therefore, the article put forward the proposals of enhancing planting technology and water saving irrigation technology, strengthening the development of water resources, increasing policy support.
