面向客户感知的正弦自适应LTE切换算法

摘要 基于小区接入性、稳定性和业务质量提炼出一种能够全方位评估客户感知的评价体系。利用信号电平,对服务小区的邻区进行切换判决,筛选出候选列表。借助正弦曲线,结合信号接收质量,建立起一个自适应的迟滞变化模型,从而利用该模型从候选列表中找出匹配的最优目标小区,大幅提升小区的吞吐能力和语音MOS值。与传统的LTE切换算法相比,该算法能够在减少乒乓切换的同时进一步提升客户感知。最后通过Matlab搭建了一个仿真平台,验证该算法的效率和性能。 Based on accessibility, stability and service quality, an all-round evaluating method to measure the subscriber's perception is refined. Neighbor cell lists were produced using their signal values. And then, a self-adapting switching hysteresis model was put forward combining with the RSRQ and sinusoid. By the way, a new handoff algorithm called SSSHA(subscriber perception oriented sine self-adapting handover algorithm)was created to solve the target optimal cell for switching. Compared with the traditional A3 algorithm, SSSHA can reduce the ping-pong switching times and owns the relatively high MOS value and down-link throughput. Finally, Matlab is used to build a simulation platform, to test the performance of SSSHA, including its efficiency and performance.
