未登记失业人员再就业状况及相关问题研究——以北京市朝阳区为例

The study on the reemployment situation and related problems of unregistered unemployed persons——Taking Chaoyang District of Beijing as an example

未登记失业人员是整个失业群体中的特殊组成部分,失业对其生活状况的宏观影响与进行失业登记的人员之间并无太大差异,但其未进行失业登记的原因却值得我们关注。为此,依托北京市朝阳区人力资源与社会保障局课题组的相关数据,以北京市朝阳区未进行失业登记的失业人员为研究对象进行撰文,试图通过未登记失业人员来全面分析失业人员群体的再就业状况及遇到的问题。并重点基于未登记失业人员的主观认知探讨再就业过程中的问题,充分体现中国失业人员再就业问题的紧迫现状。

Unregistered unemployed persons are a special part of the unemployed population.There is not much difference between the macroeconomic impact on the living conditions of unemployment and the registration of unemployed persons, but the reasons for non-registration is worth our attention. Therefore, this paper based on the related data of Chaoyang District in Beijing, taking the unregistered unemployed persons as the research object, the reemployment situation of the unemployed population and problems encountered were analyzed comprehensively. The problems in the process of reemployment based on the subjective cognition of unregistered unemployed persons were discussed, and the urgent situation of the reemployment problem of unemployed persons in China was fully reflected.
