摘要
以前期从油茶健康叶分离筛选出的拮抗菌Y21为研究试材,以菌株Y21发酵液对油茶炭疽病菌的抑制作用为活性指标,应用正交试验和单因素试验对培养基成分和培养条件进行优化。结果表明最佳发酵配方和条件为:葡萄糖25 g、酵母膏10 g、牛肉膏5 g,在温度30℃、初始p H值7.0、发酵周期72 h,采用此配方和培养条件可获最大抑菌活性,抑菌圈直径达到14.9 mm。
Y21 strain was isolated from the leaf of Camellia oleifera in earlier stage.Then this strain was cultured under different fermentation mediums and conditions, and the antagonistic activities of the liquid ferment productions were tested. The results indicated that the optimum fermentation conditions for Y21 are NYBD medium, which contains 25g glucose, 10g yeast extract and 5g beef extract, pHT.0, 30%, 72h for rotational culture. Under this condition, the strain had the maximum antagonistic activities, its diameter of inhibition zone could reach 14.9mm.This study optimized the fermentation conditions of antagonistic strains to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, and explored their inhibitory effect preliminarily.
