复合型中药饲料添加剂对贵妃鸡免疫器官和血液生化指标的影响

Effect of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Feed Additive on the Immune Organs and Blood Biochemical Indexes of Deep-Fried Chicken

为了研究复合型中药添加剂对贵妃鸡免疫器官和血液生化指标的影响,本试验选择21日龄的健康贵妃鸡仔鸡40只,随机分成4组,每组10只,对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别添加0%、0.5%、1%、1.5%的中药添加剂,试验进行91d。结果表明:3种不同剂量的中草药添加剂均能不同程度的提高贵妃鸡的平均胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏重量和血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性和丙二醛含量,提高了经济效益,其中以添加1%的效果最明显。

The test results showed thai the Chinese herbal medicine additive 3 different doses could mean the thymus increased to different extent Deep-Fried Chicken, bursa of Fabricius, spleen weight and blood glutathione peroxidase, snperoxide dismntase, creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase aetivity and malondialdebyde （P〈0.05） content, improve economic efficiency, which the most obvious effeet of adding 1%.
