摘要 目的及时查清事故发生原因,为采取预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学调查及现场职业卫生学调查方法,对事故中病例的临床表现、窒息经过及窒息原因进行调查分析,并对事故场所进行现场检测。结果现场检出二氧化碳、二氧化氮,氧含量20.9%,同时企业忽视管理,工人违规操作,密闭空间内高温高湿,导致缺氧窒息昏迷。结论企业应加强有限空间作业的管理,加强员工职业卫生知识的培训,及时了解生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素,提高员工自我防护意识。 Objective To find out the cause of the accident in time, and provide scientific evidence for taking preventive measures. Methods By epidemiological survey and site occupational hygiene investigation method, the clinical performance of accident cases, asphyxia and the choke reasons were investigated. The site of accident was inspected. Results The carbon dioxide and nitrogen dioxide were detected oxygen content was 20. 9%. Ignoring the management, workers irregularities, high temperature and high humidity inside the sealed space led to asphyxia coma. Conclusion Enterprises should enhance the management of the limited space operations, strengthen occupational health knowledge training in the staff, timely understanding the occupationaldisease-inductive factors in the production process, and improve self-protection consciousness in the staff.
