北京市顺义区现场流行病学培训项目效果评价

Evaluation on field epidemiology training in Shunyi of Beijing

目的评价北京市顺义区现场流行病学培训效果,为今后举办该项目提供培训方式、内容调整依据。方法采用统一的自填式问卷,对学员基本情况及暴发调查步骤、地图软件的应用、流行病学曲线的绘制等13个课程涉及内容进行调查。用Excel建立数据库,用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果学员对培训和授课教师的评价满意度均高达100%;92.9%的学员对于培训时间和频率的安排满意;64.3%的学员能理解课程内容;除培训前、后暴发调查步骤和地图软件的应用两部分内容掌握程度无统计学差异外(P>0.05),在对其他各方面内容如常用抽样方法的优缺点、流行病学曲线的绘制和病因判定的标准等学习内容方面的了解情况差别均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论顺义区现场流行病学系列培训的开展,使突发公共卫生现场流行病学调查处置能力得到提高。掌握部分基本现场调查技能,使得区内卫生应急人才建设进一步加强。

Objective To evaluate the effect of field epidemiology training in Shunyi, and provide scientific basis for the future organization of such projects. Methods The self-administered questionnaire was used to survey basic profile of the trainees and their comment on 13 lessons with the contents such as outbreak investigation procedures, the using of Mapinfo, drawing epi-curve and so on. The database was established using Excel and analyzed using SPSS 13.0. Results Trainees＂ satisfaction with the program and trainers were 100%. And 92. 9% of the trainees were satisfied with the time arrangement and frequency. 64. 3% of the trainees could make a full understand of the training course. There were no significant differences（P 〉 0. 05 ） on before and after training of outbreaks investigative procedures and using of Mapinfo. There were significant differences on other lessons such as advantages and disadvantages of sampling method, drawing epidemiological curve, standard of cause determination and so on （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Field epidemiology training series conducted in Shunyi district can improve its disposal capacity of public health emergency. Health professionals can mastered basic skills of field investigation, and their abilities dealing with health emergency will be strengthened.
