摘要
目的探讨脑出血患者不同时期血管内皮生长因子的表达水平。方法选择医院收治的108例高血压脑出血的患者作为研究组,同时选取108例健康人作为对照组,对比(1)研究组和对照组血压、血糖、血脂等数据的差异;(2)研究组在入院第1、3、7、14天和对照组血管内皮细胞生长因子的水平。结果 (1)研究组和对照组收缩压、舒张压、血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白结果比较无差异(P>0.05);(2)研究组在入院第1、3、7、14天的血管内皮细胞生长因子水平均明显高于对照组,结果比较有差异(P<0.05);研究组入院第1、3、7天血管内皮细胞生长因子逐步升高,在入院第7天血管内皮细胞生长因子表达水平达到高峰,入院第14天的血管内皮细胞生长因子表达最低(P<0.05)。结论脑出血急性期患者血管内皮生长因子表达明显增高,血管内皮生长因子可能参与脑出血患者血管修复和再生过程。
Objective To investigate the expression level of vascular endothelial growth factor in different stages of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 108 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the study group, while 108 healthy people were chosen as the control group. (1) The difference in blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and other data in the study was compared. (2) Comparison was also carried out in the two groups in the level of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) in the 1, 3, 7, 14 d after admission. Results (1) There was no difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein between the study group and the control group (P〉0. 05). (2) The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the study group in 1, 3 , 7 d and 14 d after admission were statistically higher than those in the control group (P〈0. 05). The expression level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the study group in 1, 3, 7 d and 14 d after admission increased gradually and it reached a peak value in the seventh day, while it fell to the lowest point in the fourteenth day (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The study shows that the expression level of vascular endothelial growth factor significantly increases in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, so vascular endothelial growth factor may be involved in the process of vascular repair and regeneration.
