摘要 目的分析小儿热性惊厥心肌酶谱变化及临床意义,减少患儿心肌损伤。方法回顾性分析我院收治的301例急性上呼吸道感染致热性惊厥患儿临床资料,根据病情不同分为A组(单纯型热性惊厥患儿)和B组(复杂型热性惊厥患儿),对比分析两组患儿心肌酶谱变化及临床意义。结果据检测结果,两组患儿心肌酶谱均有不同程度的变化。B组患儿血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酶同工酶(CK-MB)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH-1)检测阳性率均升高,与A组患儿相比,仅CK-MB检测结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);B组患儿CK、LDH、CK-MB、AST及HBDH-1心肌酶谱检测结果均有不同程度的升高,仅CK-MB检测结果存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论复杂型热性惊厥能引起更严重的小儿心肌损伤,及时准确地监测心肌酶谱的变化对患儿康复有重要意义。 Objectives To analyze the changes and clinical significance of myocardial zymogram of children with febrile convul-sion so as to reduce the children patients’ myocaridail damage. Methods Clinical data of 301 patients with febrile convulsion caused by acute upper respiratory infection and treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into Group A ( simple febrile convulsion) and Group B ( complex febrile convulsion) according to different conditions of the illness. The changes and clinical significance of myocardial zymogram for the two groups were given comparative analysis. Results The test result showed that there were different changes for the myocardial zymogram of the children patients in both groups. In Group B, the positive rate of the creatine ki-nase ( CK) , creatine kinase-MB ( CK-MB) , lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) , aspartate minotransferase ( AST) and HBDH-1 all increased, but compared with Group A, only the CK-MB test result had significant differences (P〈0. 05). In Group B, the myocardial zymogram test result of CK-MB, CK, LDH, AST and HBDH-1 all increased, and only the CK-MB test result had significant differences (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The CFC can cause more serious myocardial damage to children, thus it is important to accurately monitor the changes in myocardial zymogram for the health recovery of FC children.
