心理护理干预对冠心病患者负性情绪的影响

The Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Negative Emotions of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease( CHD)

目的探讨心理护理干预对冠心病患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取本院2014年1月至2015年12月被诊断为冠心病患者50例,根据自愿原则随机将其分为观察组25例和对照组25例,其中观察组患者采用心理护理干预方法,对照组患者采用常规护理方法,对两组患者护理后的满意程度、焦虑自评量评分(SAS)、以及抑郁自评量评分(SDS)等进行分析。结果观察组患者满意为23例、满意度为92%、不满意为2例、不满意度为8%、焦虑自评量评分(SAS)为(42.3±1.6)分、抑郁自评量评分(SDS)为(42.7±1.9)分;对照组患者满意为19例、满意度为76%、不满意为6例、不满意度为24%、焦虑自评量评分(SAS)为(52.8±11.4)分、抑郁自评量评分(SDS)为(56.1±11.7)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用心理护理干预方法与常规护理方法相比,对冠心病患者负性情绪的影响明显,能够有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁、紧张等心理,临床护理效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotions of patients with coronary heart disease （ CHD） . Methods 50 patients who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2014 to De-cember 2015 were selected. According to the voluntary principle, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the con-trol group, with 25 cases in each group. The 25 patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention, while the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods. Several indicators, such as patients’ satisfaction degree, self rating anxiety scale （ SAS） and self rating depression score （ SDS） were analyzed after the whole nursing treatment. Results 23 cases in the observation group were satisfied with degree of satisfaction being 92%, while two cases were not satisfied with degree of dissatisfaction being 8%. For the observation group, the self rating anxiety scale （SAS） was （42. 3±1. 6） and self rating depression score （SDS） was （42. 7±1. 9）. By contrast, 19 patients were satisfied in the control group with degree of satisfaction being 76%, while six cases were not satisfied with degree of dissatisfaction being 24%. For the control group, the self rating anxiety scale （ SAS） was （52. 8±11. 4） and self rating depression score （SDS） was （56. 1±11. 7）. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with routine nursing methods, psychological nursing intervention has more obvious effect on the nega-tive mood of patients with coronary heart disease （ CHD） . It can effectively relieve patientsˊanxiety, depression and tension. The clin-ical nursing effect is remarkable, thus worth promoting.
