耳穴贴压治疗青少年轻度近视的临床研究

Clinical study of aauricular-plaster therapy on mild myopia in adolescents

目的：探讨中医耳穴贴压方法治疗青少年轻度近视的疗效。方法将120例患者按入院先后顺序进行编号，随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均60例，对照组采用托吡卡胺滴眼液（0．5％），每晚睡前使用1次，每次1～2滴。治疗组在对照组基础上配合耳穴贴压治疗。2个月后对两组患者治疗效果进行观察，6个月后对两组患者复发情况进行观察。结果2个月后，治疗组治疗总有效率为95．83％，对照组治疗总有效率为87．50％，治疗组治疗效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；6个月后，治疗组复发率为5．83％，对照组复发率为21．67％，治疗组复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论耳穴贴压控制青少年近视的疗效确切，且复发率低，安全可靠，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Aauricular‐plaster therapy on Mild Myopia in Adolescents .Methods 120 cases （240 eyes） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,60 cases （120 eyes ） were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group .The control group using Tropicamide Eye Drops （0 .5% ） ,1 drop each night .The treatment group in the control group based on the treatment of auricular points sticking . After 2 months ,the treatment effect of the two groups was observed .After 6 months ,the recurrence of the two groups were observed .Results After 2 months ,The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 95 .83% and 87 .50% respectively .The visual acuity was improved significantly in the treatment group and it was more effective than the control group .The difference was statistically significant （P〈0 .05） .After 6 months ,The recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group were 5 .83%and 21 .67% respectively .The difference was also statistically significant （P〈0 .05） .Couclusion Auricular‐plaster for the treatment of mild myopia in adolescents has clinical efficacy ,lower recurrence rate .It is safe , reliable ,and worthwhile for clinical promotion .
