1例前庭上神经功能减退患者针刀治疗后前庭诱发肌源电位变化的报告

This report is about the changes of vestibular evoked myogenic potentials of 1 patients with vestibular nerve dysfunction in patients after acupotomy treatment

前庭功能减退是多种前庭周围性病变后期常见的伴随症状，虽然有一些针对性的康复训练，但患者往往长时间的头晕或头昏而影响生活质量。笔者在临床中长期运用针刀治疗前庭周围性眩晕，疗效甚佳，本报告通过对患者前后o‐VEMP检查表现及治疗前后前庭症状指数（VSI）对比，证实针刀治疗前庭周围性眩晕有确切疗效，以期更好的指导临床。

Vestibular dysfunction is a common symptom in the late stage of many kinds of vestibular peripheral lesions ,although there are some targeted rehabilitation training ,But the patient＇s quality of life is affected by a long period of time .The author use the needle‐knife in the treatment of peripheral vestibular vertigo in good curative effect in clinical .This report uses the ways of contrast o‐VEMP and VSI before and after treatment ,curative effect of acupotomy confirmed peripheral vestibular vertigo ,In order to better guide clinical .
