肺癌眼部转移1例

Clinical observation：A case of ocular metastasis caused by lung cancer

脉络膜转移癌是眼科少见病，却是最常见的眼内恶性肿瘤之一。由于癌症发病率的增高，脉络膜转移癌的发病率也有所增加。文章报道一例以首诊考虑脉络膜血管瘤，最终诊断为肺癌的眼部转移的病例，通过该病例，期望能扩展大家对脉络膜转移癌的认识。

Choroidal metastasis is one of the rare disease of the eye ,but they are recognized as one of the most common intracular malignancy .Due to incressed incidence of cancer ,the incidence of choroidal metastasis also increased .This paper reports a case that first diagnosis of chroidal hemangioma and final diagnosis of ocular metastasis of lung cancer ,and aims to expand the understanding of choroidal metastatic .
