双眼遗传性视网膜裂孔合并核性白内障1例

遗传性视网膜裂孔导致的视网膜脱离，视网膜萎缩变性或玻璃体牵引形成视网膜神经上皮全层裂孔，玻璃体对孔缘的牵拉，因变性或液化的玻璃体进入视网膜下形成视网膜脱离，其一个家庭中有两位以上成员患病的疾病，符合家族遗传性疾病，对此家族的遗传性进行探究，是家族视网膜脱离发病前期的治疗显得也尤其的重要。

Inherited retinal in lead to retinal detachment ,retinal atrophy degeneration or vitreous traction retinal neuroepithelial full‐thickness in formation ,vitreous pull of hole edge ,because of the degeneration or liquefied form under the vitreous body into the retina of retinal detachment ,and its more than two members in a family illness disease ,conforms to the familial diseases ,to explore the genetic family ,the clan retinal detachment disease early treatment is also particularly important .
