暴聋的中医临床护理路径的研究

The clinical path of TCM to sudden deafness

目的：以暴聋患者为研究对象，制定暴聋的中医临床护理路径，观察其对提高健康教育水平、减少住院天数和住院费用、提高患者满意度方面的作用。方法将患者随机分成实验组和对照组，实验组是根据制定好的中医健康教育临床护理路径表实施护理路径；对照组实施现有的护理模式。通过对病人的生活、膳食、文化、情志等方面的教育，来观察暴聋患者的住院天数、住院费用、患者满意度。结果实验组明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论通过中医护理临床路径运用于暴聋的临床研究，有效缓解暴聋患者的耳鸣症状，提高听力水平，改善生活质量，有效缩短住院天数，降低医疗费用，是配合医改的一项有力举措。进一步将研究结果作为其他科室推广中医护理临床路径的参考，让护理工作更加规范。

Objective To study the clinical nursing path of the deaf patients ,and to observe its effect on improving the level of health education ,reducing the number of hospital days and the cost of hospitalization ,and improving the satisfaction of patients .Methods the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group while the experimental group was based on the development of health education in traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing path table to implement the nursing path ;control group to implement the existing nursing model .Through the patient＇s life ,diet ,culture ,emotion education ,to observe the sudden deafness patients with length of hospital stay ,cost of hospitalization ,patients ＇satisfaction .Results the experimental group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0 .05 ） . Conclusion through clinical nursing path of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM ） using in clinical study of sudden deafness ,effectively it alleviate the patients with sudden deafness tinnitus symptoms ,to improve listening level ,improve the quality of life ,effectively shorten the length of hospital stay ,reduce the medical cost ,is a strong with health care reform measures .To further study the results as a reference for other departments to promote the clinical path of traditional Chinese medicine ,so that more standardized nursing work .
