地方本科院校大学生职业发展规划的方法与途径

我国地方本科院校目前正处于转型发展的关键时期,这对于学校和在校大学生来说充满机遇和挑战。大学生职业发展规划教育质量的高低将直接影响大学生的求职、就业、成长成才,甚至未来职业发展的成败。通过运用问卷调查、查阅资料、数据分析等研究方法,总结转型发展背景下地方本科院校大学生职业发展规划教育的现状及存在问题,并从主客观两方面进行深入分析。针对现状及存在的问题,结合地方本科院校转型发展的政策和社会对大学生的能力要求,创新职业规划教育方法和途径,提出完善的对策和建议。

By using the question- naire survey, data access, data analysis and other methods, summarizes the transformation of development under the background of lo- cal undergraduate college students＇ career planning education current situation and existing problems, and a thorough analysis from two aspects of subjective and objective. In view of the current situation and existing problems, combined with the development of the local undergraduate colleges transformation policy and the social requirements for the ability of college students, innovative career planning education ways and means, improve the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward .
