摘要 研究选用皖北朱仙庄煤样,利用微机灰熔点测定仪,研究加入不同质量比的助熔剂Fe_2O_3对朱仙庄煤灰熔融性的影响,结合XRD及FTIR对样品的矿物组成进行分析。结果表明,随着助熔剂Fe_2O_3添加量的增加,煤的灰熔点出现先降低后又升高的变化趋势,当Fe_2O_3添加量在3.5%时可使煤样灰熔点降至1228℃;对煤灰的XRD及FTIR图谱分析得知,加入Fe_2O_3助熔剂可生成低温共熔物从而降低了煤灰熔融温度。 Using microcomputer ash melting point apparatus, the effect of ferrum-based flux on the melting characteristics of coal ash in coal blends from the Zhu-xianzhuang coal mine in Wan-bei was investigated. The XRD and FTIR were applied to study the mineral behavior of typical coal samples with base flux. It is shown that, with the increase of flux addition amount of Fe203, the ash fusion temperature of coal appears trend of the first decreases and then increases, when the addition of Fe203 in 3.5%, the ash fusion temperature of coal down to 1228 ℃. Based on the analysis of XRD and FTIR spectra of coal ash, adding Fe203 flux can generate low temperature eutectic so as to reduce the ash fusion temperature.
