摘要
设计了一种新型的汽车悬架振动试验台装置,用于汽车悬架研发的振动测试。试验台结构包括框架装置、动力装置、悬架模拟装置及电控装置。通过电机驱动偏心轴,提供正弦激励作为测试数据的输入量;安装于承重板上的传感器采集数据作为输出量。本试验台易于拆卸和安装,加快研发效率,缩短研发周期,提高汽车悬架振动试验台测试数据的可靠性。
A new vehicle suspension vibration test stand was designed. The exiting test stand was used to test the vibration of the suspension. The structure of the test stand had included the frame device, the power unit, the suspension simulation device and the electric control device. The eccentric shaft which was driven by the motor provided the sine excitation. This excitation was used to be the input of the test data. The sensors were installed on the bearing plate to collect data. Because this stand was easy to remove and install, so the research efficiency was accelerated and the development cycle was shortened. Meanwhile, the reliability of the vehicle suspension vibration test data was improved.
