中国城镇化进程中的土地利用变化与低碳发展

China's Land Use and Low Carbon Development in the Process of Urbanization

近30年来我国城市化快速发展,土地利用发生了巨大变化,对城市空间形态、能源消费、交通出行、生态环境等均产生了较大影响,同时推动城市碳排放快速增长。为实现城镇化的低碳发展,土地利用的低碳化管理十分重要。本文通过分析城市化进程中土地利用变化规律,结合城市空间结构和土地利用对碳排放的影响评估,在总结中国城市化进程中土地利用存在问题的基础上,从土地可持续利用角度提出了促进城镇化低碳发展的政策措施。

With the rapid urbanization in the past thirty years, China's land use undertakes tremendous changes,influencing to a large extent the urban spatial form, energy consumption, transportation, ecological environ-ment, etc., while leading to the fast growth of urban carbon emissions. Land use management is of great im-portance to achieve low carbon urbanization. By analyzing land use change in urbanization process with a ref-erence to the impact appraisal of urban spatial structure and land use on carbon emission, this paper puts forward policies and measures to promote low carbon urbanization from the perspective of sustainable land use based on the summarization of current problems that exist in China 's process of urbanization.
