小柴胡汤与胆腑郁热型鼻渊——熊大经教授鼻病辨治经验之“重肝胆”思想浅析

熊大经教授出身中医世家，对于耳鼻咽喉疾病的治疗有着深刻的体会。鼻渊是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病、多发病，胆腑郁热证是主要症型。本文简要介绍经方小柴胡汤与胆腑郁热型鼻渊的关系和运用。浅谈熊大经教授鼻病辨治经验之“重肝胆”思想及对小柴胡汤的发挥。

Professor Xiong Dajing comes from Chinese medicine family, for the treatment of ENT diseases,has a profound experience. Nasosinusitis is a common disease in Department of ENT, frequently occurring disease,the syndrome of stagnated heat of gallbladder as the main syndrome of nasosinusitis. This paper briefly introduces the relationship between classical prescription small bupleurum decoction and stagnated heat of gallbladder type nasosinusitis and how to use.
