中国人慢性肾脏病患者视网膜微血管管径研究

The research of the chronic kidney diseases in retinal vascular caliber

目的研究慢性肾脏病患者与正常受试者视网膜微血管管经差异。方法纳入检查确诊的42名慢性肾脏病患者（试验组）和37位健康受试者（对照组），使用Oxymap T1视网膜血氧计测量视网膜血管管径。选择提取慢性肾脏病组及正常组受试眼视网膜动、静脉管径，比较其血管管径差异。结果慢性肾脏病患者视网膜动脉（111．5±13．1um）、静脉（139．7±13．1um）的平均管径明显小于正常对照组（118．1±14．3um、153．2±17．0um），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论与正常人相比，慢性肾病患者视网膜动、静脉管径更小。

Objective To study changes in caliber of retinal vessels in the eye of patients with chronic kidney diseases（CKD）. Methods 42 patients with CKD （experimental group） and 37 healthy subjects （control group） were enrolled and examined at Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM. Using Oxymap T1 retinal oximeter measured retinal vascular caliber. We selected and extracted retinal arteriovenous diameter both in CKD group and control group, comparing differences between two groups of blood vessels. Results The mean calibres of the retinal arterioles （111. 5 ± 13. lum） and retinal venules （139.7 ±13.1 urn） of the CKD eyes were significantly narrower than those of the healthy eyes （118.1 ± 14. 3um,153. 2± 17. 0urn）. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Retinal arteriovenous calibres in Patients with chronic kidney disease were narrower than the normal.
