耳聋1号结合温针灸治疗老年神经性耳鸣的临床观察

Clinical observation of the treatment of epicophosis 1 combined with moxibustion with warming needle therapy press on elderly neurogenic tinnitus

目的观察耳聋1号结合温针灸治疗老年神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将70例肾精亏虚型疗老年神经性耳鸣患者随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组采用耳聋1号结合温针灸，对照组服用甲钴胺片。治疗4周，观察疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91．4％，对照组为74．8％。两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），观察组和对照组疗效相当。结论耳聋1号结合温针灸治疗老年神经性耳鸣有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the treatment of epicophosis 1 combined with moxibustion with warming needle therapy press on elderly neurogenic tinnitus. Methods 70 cases of Elderly neurogenic tinnitus were randomly divided into two groups： observation group were treated Epicophosis no. 1 in combination with moxibustion with warming needle therapy press, and the control group were treated with Mecobalamin Tablets. After 4 weeks＇treatment, curative effect was observed. Results The total effective rate was 91.4% in the observation group,and 74.8% in control group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〉0. 05 ） ,and the effect of treatment group and control group was relatively the same. Conclusion Epicophosis 1 in combination with moxibustion with warming needle therapy press on elderly neurogenic tinnitus is effective.
