艾滋病（AIDS）为人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染所致的严重疾病，在AIDS后期免疫系统功能下降，可并发多种机会性感染，巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎（CMVR）为AIDS所致的机会性感染里最常见的一种，它可导致视网膜迅速破坏。CMVR常发生于AIDS晚期，偶尔它是确定AIDS的首发病。但CMVR临床常易误诊，故眼科医生应加强对CMVR的认识，以期尽早诊断、准确治疗。

AIDS is a severe disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus infection. A variety of opportunistic infections can occur because of the decline of immune system function in the late AIDS,CMVR is one of the most common, it can lead to rapid retinal damage. CMVR often occurs in late AIDS, occasionally it is the first onset of AIDS. But CMVR is misdiagnosed easily, so eye doctors should strengthen the understanding of CMVR,in order to early diagnosis and accurate treatment.
