急诊观察42例鼻出血患者的护理体会

Emergency observation of 42 cases of patients with nasal bleeding nursing experience

目的探讨急诊观察鼻出血患者的观察护理方法及效果，提高护理质量。方法对42例鼻出血患者进行优质护理，包括病情观察，心理护理，鼻腔填塞护理和健康教育等。结果42例无一例发生并发症，15例住院治疗，27例离院。结论对于急诊鼻出血患者实施优质护理有很好的临床效果，提高患者的满意度。

Objective To investigate the nursing method and effect of emergency observation of patients with nasal bleeding,and to improve the quality of nursing. Methods Giving the 42 cases of patients with nasal bleeding in patients with high quality care, including the condition observation, psychological care, nasal packing care and health education,etc. Results there were 42 cases without any complications, 15 cases of hospital treatment,27 cases of hospital. Conclusion it has good clinical effect in the implementation of quality care for patients with emergency nasal bleeding, improve patient satisfaction.
