摘要
ZnO纳米线阵列是一种新型的一维纳米材料,首先本文简要介绍了几种常用的ZnO纳米线合成方法,并给出了我们实验室采用的创新的两步法(水热法和提拉法)制备ZnO纳米线阵列。其次探讨了ZnO纳米线在太阳能电池、场发射器件、紫外探测器、气体传感器、纳米发电机、LED、纳米激光器、p型掺杂等方面的应用及进展。尤其是p型掺杂由于其高度的自补偿效应一直是掺杂的难题,本文给出了核壳生长结构的思路。最后展望了ZnO纳米线在众多领域的研究应用前景。
ZnO nanowire array is a new type of one-dimensional nano materials. First of all, some frequently-used synthesis methods of ZnO nanowires are simply introduced in this article. And the innovative two-step method ( hydrothermal method and pulling method ) of our experiment is given. Secondly, the application and the development of ZnO nanowires in solar cells, field emission devices, ultraviolet detectors, gas sensors, nano generators, light-emitting diodes(LEDs) , nanoscale lasers,p-type doping,etc,are discussed. Especially p-type doping due to its high degree of self compensation effect has been a doped problem. The idea of core-shell.structure is provided in this paper. Finally, the prospect of the ZnO nanowires in many areas of research and application are expected.
