摘要
三维激光切割技术广泛应用于新车型前期零部件的小批量生产和样车整车制造的生产过程中,目前,已取代传统生产工艺中的修边模和冲孔模,不但大大降低了小批量车身制造的成本,而且缩短了新车型前期开发的周期。本文主要围绕车身覆盖件的三维激光切割工艺及其切割夹具展开论述,解决实际生产中所遇到的工艺问题,提高激光切割的精度和质量。
three-dimensional laser cutting technology is widely applied in volume production of body parts, the traditional manufacturing process of the trimming die and piercing die would be replaced by it. It not only reduces the cost of the small volume bodywork, but also shorts the development cycle of the new models. This article mainly research the three dimensional laser cutting technique on the body' s covering parts and the cutting fixture, solving the problems in production and improving the quality and precision of three-dimensional laser cutting.
