摘要
激光器温度控制系统具有重要的实际应用价值,为了获取最佳的温度控制效果,提出改进PID控制的激光器温度控制系统。激光器温度控制系统受到外界环境的干扰,传统控制方法无法对其进行准确控制,引入采用模糊理论和PID控制对激光器温度控制系统进行组合控制,通过模糊控制算法PID参数在线优化,采用仿真实验对其性能进行了比较和分析。结果表明:获得了高精度的激光器温度控制效果,而且能够抵抗外界的干扰,响应时间短。
Laser temperature control system has important practical application value, in order to obtain the best temperature control effect, a laser temperature control system based on PID control is proposed. Laser temperature control system by the interference of the external environment, the traditional control method cannot the of accurate control, using the fuzzy theory and PID control for the combined control of laser temperature control system, through the fuzzy control algorithm for PID parameters on-line tuning, through the simulation experiment of the were compared and analyzed. The results show that the laser temperature control effect of high precision can be obtained, and the response time is short.
