摘要
目的：总结细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（CIK）静脉输注治疗恶性血液肿瘤患者的护理要点。方法：严格无菌操作采集患者60ml外周血，分离培养14～21d，制成CIK悬液100ml。对128例恶性血液肿瘤患者输注CIK治疗，观察其不良反应并进行有效的护理。结果：恶性血液肿瘤患者经输注CIK治疗后，生活质量有不同程度的提高。治疗过程中、后，患者无明显的不良反应，均顺利完成治疗，达到了预期的治疗效果。结论：CIK静脉输注是一种安全且疗效肯定的治疗恶性肿瘤的新方法，护理人员应该认真地做好各项护理工作，避免或减轻其不良反应的发生。保证治疗过程的顺利完成，使病人取得更佳的治疗效果。

Methods： gather 60ml peripheral blood of patient through sterile operation, isolate and eulture14-21d, obtain 100ml CIK suspension. Treat 128 cases of hematological malignancy patients with CIK, observe the poor reactions and nursing effectively. Results ： after CIK treatment, the quality of patients＇ life have different degree of improvement.
