摘要
自2000年果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)基因组公布以来,昆虫基因组学得到了快速发展并为昆虫学的研究思路和方法带来了革命性转变.本文介绍了近年来DNA测序技术和生物信息学的发展及其对昆虫基因组学研究的促进作用,综述了模式昆虫、卫生害虫、社会性昆虫和农业昆虫的基因组学研究现状,并对昆虫基因组学研究的意义和发展趋势进行了总结和展望.
Since the genome of Drosophila melanogaster was completed and published in 2000, insect genomics has achieved rapid development, which in turn has revolutionized the philosophy and methodology of entomological research. This review introduces the recent progress in DNA sequencing and bioinformatics that makes insect genomics develop more rapidly, or only possible. This review also summarizes the findings and progress made in the genomics of model insects, medical insects, social insects and agricultural insects and briefly discusses the future prospects of insect genomics.
