中国半导体产业的发展,目前具备天时、地利、人和。地利是说市场在中国;人和是说中国人才够了,国外回来的和本土的都起来了。十五年前,找个像样的高级管理人才一定是进口的,一定要从美国挖,人家还不愿意来。现在这样的人才国内都有,现在把握机会就能做好。如果这个阶段不把握机会,到下一个周期我们又落后了。
