摘要 异质性是恶性肿瘤重要特征之一。CT纹理分析(CTTA)是一项新的图像后处理技术,可作为量化病灶异质性的工具。越来越多的研究显示CTTA在肿瘤成像上是一项有潜力的技术,能为临床诊疗提供很多重要的、有价值的信息,包括肿瘤的特征分析、预后判断以及肿瘤治疗反应的预测与监测等,在肿瘤临床应用中得到广泛的关注。对CTTA在评估肿瘤异质性及其临床应用的文献进行综述,总结CTTA与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性和作为影像学标志物在肿瘤临床中的作用,以便进一步探讨其在临床应用中的潜能。 Heterogeneity is one of the important features of malignant tumors. CT texture analysis(CTTA) is a new imaging post-processing technique to quantify heterogeneity of tumor. Increasing number of studies have shown that CTTA is a potential useful tool in tumor imaging, and can provide important information including tumor characteristics, prognosis assessment, prediction or monitoring of tumor treatment response, and so on. In this article, we reviewed the literatures about CT texture analysis in evaluating heterogeneity of tumour. The correlation between tumor biological behaviors and CTTA parameters and the role of CTTA as an imaging marker in clinical practice was summarized, to further explore its potential in clinical application.
