摘要 为了更好地制定整车质量目标,在整车前期开发阶段以某SUV车型为研究对象,提出了一种质量目标评估模型。通过分析市场上大量车型的整备质量信息,结合数理统计理论建立整备质量目标评估模型,定位该车型的质量目标;应用同样方法建立整备质量目标区间评估模型,通过该模型分析,验证质量目标所在区间是否具有市场竞争力;结合以上模型实现整车质量目标的制定,提高了该车型在前期开发阶段目标质量的可靠性,成功实现了该车型质量目标的制定。 For setting the vehicle weight target in a better way, SUV is taken as a research object, an assessment model of the weight is built during the early development stage. Building the assessment model of CVW by analyzing the CVW information of many car models in the market and applying mathematical statistical theory, the weight target is set. Building the weight interval assessment model of CVW in the same way to verify if the CVW is competitive in the market is introduced. The weight target will be set by the assessment model, improving the reliability of weight target setting during the early development stage. And the way is used to set the weight target of SUV successfully.
