摘要
为了优化汽车制造商的总装工艺流程设计,提升生产线的混线生产能力及新车导入项目能按期推进,该文从生产线通过性、产线布局及工艺技术3个方面详细地分析了总装工艺流程的设计要点,从工位排布、产线平衡及设备共用等多个方面给出了工艺流程的设计和优化原则,从而指导了汽车生产商总装生产线工艺流程优化设计,降低了开发周期和制造成本,提升了生产线柔性,同时也为今后汽车总装工艺流程设计提供了可参考借鉴的方法。
This paper illustrates the design keys of assembly process flow from 3 aspects of the production line possibility, the production line arrangement and process technology, describes the design of process flow and the principles of optimization from the working position arrangement, the production line balance and equipment share etc, many factors to optimize the design of assembly process flow, improve the sharing production capability and push the new model vehicle project on time, result in guiding the auto makers to optimize the assembly process design, shortening the development cycle and reducing the production cost, enhancing the flexibility of production line. At the same time it will provide a reference method for the future design of automobile assembly process.
