整车电磁兼容多层级联仿真方法

摘要 为解决汽车复杂的电气环境下的电磁干扰问题,提出了适用于整车电磁兼容的多层级联仿真方法,对电气部件、线缆线束及车身金属结构等进行建模仿真。应用此方法对某车型发动机节气门信号干扰问题进行建模仿真分析,确定干扰源,并通过更改接地方式使信号干扰电压由1.4 V降为0.2 V。实际案例应用可以看出,该建模仿真方法可以准确的确定干扰源和耦合途径,为解决整车电磁干扰问题提供依据。 Multi-level simulation method that suits the vehicle EMC is proposed in order to solve the problem of electromagnetic interference in the complex electronic condition, building the models for electronic components, wire harness and car body metal structure. Carrying out the model establishment and simulation on a vehicle engine throttle signal interference using this method to determine the source of interference, and the voltage of the signal interference dropped from 1.4 V to 0.2 V by changing the mode of grounding. It is found that this simulation method can accurately determine the source of interference and the coupling path, providing the guideline for solving the problem of vehicle electromagnetic interference.
